4) Orders and purchase confirmation - Your order may be subject to data validation and stock availability. - The purchase is considered confirmed upon payment approval and order confirmation. - We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, data inconsistencies, or unavailability.
5) Payments - Payments are processed by payment providers integrated into the platform. - We do not store full credit card details. - In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we may request additional information and cooperate with the provider.
6) Delivery, timeframes, and address - Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and delivery method. - You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. - Delays due to external factors (carrier issues, strikes, weather, customs, etc.) may occur.
7) Exchanges, returns, and refunds Exchange, return, and refund rules comply with applicable laws and the policies stated in the Store. Where applicable: - the product must be returned according to customer service instructions; - refunds may be issued via the original payment method, subject to the provider's processing times. (If you already have a specific return policy, please send it to me, and I will incorporate it here.)
8) Warranties and liability - Where applicable, products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty and/or a statutory warranty. - We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the manufacturer's manual. - To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

12) Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate access/accounts and cancel orders in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the consumer relationship. Where permitted, any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of the consumer's place of residence.
